Gurcharan (Garry) Bhaura
Gurcharan (Garry) Bhaura, President of the Toronto Real Estate Board, is the Broker of Record of Century 21 President Realty Inc. Mr. Bhaura began his real estate career in 2000, achieving Broker status in 2003 and ABR® and SRES designations in 2011.
Throughout his career, he has served in volunteer positions including as Vice President and Secretary at a number of non-profit organizations. Mr. Bhaura was previously a member of TREB's Leadership and Executive Committees; Chair of the Finance, Member Communications, and Condominium Committees; and Vice Chair of the MLS®, and Government Relations Committees. More recently, Mr. Bhaura served as Chair of the Arbitration & Professional Standards Steering Committee. Currently, Mr. Bhaura is the Chair of the Executive Committee, and the 100 Year Celebration and REALTOR® QUEST Task Forces. Through his work on TREB's Board of Directors, Mr. Bhaura aims to heighten awareness of the value of REALTORS® and contribute to efforts to safeguard and enhance the Multiple Listing Service®.

Michael Collins, President-Elect, is a Broker with iPro Realty Ltd. A REALTOR® for 32 years, Mr. Collins has served on TREB's Government Relations Committee for more than a decade. A Past President of the Brampton Real Estate Board, he has also served on OREA's Board of Directors, as Chair of OREA's Commercial Council and its Arbitration and Ethics Committee, and as one of RECO's Discipline Committee Panel Chairs. He is also a member of CREA's National Commercial Council. Mr. Collins brings considerable directorship experience to TREB's Board of Directors. Among other roles, he has served as a Director of the William Osler Hospital Corporation and as President of the Brampton Board of Trade. An experienced consensus builder, Mr. Collins is committed to listening to Member perspectives in his role as a TREB Director.
Mr. Collins was the Chair of TREB's Consumer Relations and the Member Communications Committees, and Vice Chair of the By-Law Task Force. Most recently, he served as the Chair of the Member Services Committee.

As a TREB Director, Mr. Syrianos is committed to helping TREB foster professionalism in the real estate business and safeguard the quality of the Multiple Listing Service®. Mr. Syrianos previously served on TREB's Governance Committee and its VOW Task Force, and as the Chair of the Young Professionals Network and MLS® Committees. He has also served as Chair of the Government Relations Committee, as Vice Chair of TREB's Arbitration Roster, and as a member of the Executive Committee and the REALTOR® QUEST Task Force. Most recently, Mr. Syrianos served as the Chair of the Executive Committee and the REALTOR® QUEST Task Force. Mr. Syrianos is currently the Vice Chair of the 2018/2019 Government Relations Committee.

Ron Abraham, North Brokerage Director, is the Broker of Record at Lorimer Realty Limited. Mr. Abraham is a past President of both TREB and OREA and has served as a Director of CREA. Having chaired or served on all committees at both TREB and OREA, including both executive committees, he brings a wealth of knowledge of industry related issues to the board table. He has also completed all leadership courses developed and presented by OREA. During his career, Mr. Abraham earned the AACI, FRI and CRB designations from the Appraisal Institute of Canada, the Real Estate Institute of Canada, and the Council of Real Estate Broker Managers respectively. Additionally, Mr. Abraham has served as an instructor for OREA for over 40 years (he is an REI designee), and has developed and presented numerous seminars for Boards and Associations to update Brokerages and Brokers of Record.
Mr. Abraham has served as the member of the Government Relations Committee and the REALTOR® QUEST Task Force, and as Chair of the Professional Development Committee. Most recently, he served as the Chair of the Arbitration Review Task Force. Currently, Mr. Abraham is the Chair of the 2018/2019 Government Relations Committee.

Paul Baron, Central Brokerage Director, is a career real estate executive with over 30 years of experience working with both residential and commercial real estate. He is the Broker of Record for Century 21 Leading Edge Realty Inc., which he founded in 1993, and has since grown to encompass nine offices serving the Greater Toronto Area. Paul has always taken an active interest in the challenges and opportunities faced by the industry, and he enjoys sharing his knowledge and expertise as TREB's Central Brokerage Director. He supports many causes in the community including Easter Seals, Markham Stouffville Hospital and the Rouge Valley Health Network.
Paul has served as a member on TREB's Commercial Committee and on the REALTOR® QUEST Task Force. Most recently, he served as the Chair of the MLS®, Technology and Related Services Committee. Paul is currently the Chair of the 2018/2019 Finance Committee and the Vice Chair of the MLS®, Technology & Related Services Committee.

Marco Da Silva
Marco Da Silva, West Brokerage Director, is the Broker Owner of Century 21 Leading Edge Realty Inc. A TREB Member for 15 years, Marco has served on TREB's task forces, including Buyer Services and VOW; and various committees, including Buyer Representation Services; MLS®, Technology & Related Services; Consumer Relations; and Member Communications. As a TREB Director and the former Vice Chair of the Arbitration & Professional Standards Steering Committee, he is focused on protecting the best interests of Members, while committing to the ongoing pursuit for professionalism within our industry. Marco is currently the Chair of the 2018/2019 MLS®, Technology & Related Services Committee. His experience as a Broker Owner brings a voice for both real estate Representatives and Brokerage Owners/Managers throughout the GTA.
Marco has also served on OREA's YPN Committee and the Standard Forms Committee. As OREA's 2016 Blog "Contributor of the Year," he enjoys offering guidance and leadership to REALTORS® across Ontario.

Howard Drukarsh, Director-at-Large, excels as a Broker of Record and a very successful entrepreneur who understands the foundation of real estate. After a successful career in advertising and marketing, Howard began his real estate career in 1984 and obtained his Broker's designation in 2006. During his sales career, he achieved numerous sales awards.
In 2004, he founded Right At Home Realty with Arthur Bartram, former Vice President/Division Manager for Royal LePage Real Estate Services/Johnston & Daniel Division, and Ronald Peddicord, former Senior Vice President Development, Oxford Properties Group. The company was founded on the premise that Salespeople who embraced technology would be attracted to the unique and profitable business model of the Brokerage.
Howard has served as Chair of TREB's Member Services Committee, and most recently, he served as the Chair of the Professional Development Committee. Susan Gucci, Director-at-Large, comes to TREB from the corporate world, where she held sales and marketing positions in various blue chip organizations. Since joining TREB in 2006, she has consistently volunteered her personal time to give back, serving on several TREB Committees including By-Law, Education, Member Communications, Leadership, the Affordable Housing Subcommittee, and Government Relations, where she has advocated for TREB Members on Parliament Hill and Queen's Park. Currently, Susan is the Chair of the 2018/2019 Member Communications Committee.
Susan is the recipient of the prestigious TREB Community Service Award, recognized for her contribution in the community. Susan is committed to ensuring the interests and voices of TREB Members are heard and the image of Realtors is preserved.

Gareth R. Jones , North Non-Brokerage Director, is a Real Estate Broker with over 28 years of experience in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate and holds two REIC designations along with seven NAR designations. Gareth obtained his AMP through CAAMP and FSCO in both Residential and Commercial financing before becoming a Manager of Commercial Mortgages at CIBC.
Currently, Gareth is Vice-President, Corporate Development at the Real Estate Institute of Canada, and has worked for such major real estate firms as Royal LePage and RE/MAX. He was the brokerage manager for Canada's largest independent brokerage, where he managed over 1,300 REALTORS® and transacted an average of 1,500 deals per month.
Gareth passionately believes in the importance of continued education to raise skills, ethics, and professionalism within our industry, while placing the interest of clients above all else.
REIC, NAR and IREM have invited and trained Gareth as a faculty member to instruct the FRI, CRES, SRS, C-RETS, RENE, PSA, CRB, ABR and SRES programs.
Gareth has been a member of the Education Committee at the Toronto Real Estate Board and most recently, served as the 2017/2018 Chair of the Commercial Committee. Gareth is currently the Chair of the 2018/2019 Commercial Committee.
